Fernando Alonso managed to stand out today in Abu Dhabi to finish on the podium, thus completing his trophy collection. The Spanish driver at one point hoped to compete with Hamilton for the victory before settling for this second place. Felipe Massa, on the other hand, experienced a race in two phases, with a good start on the Softs and a difficult finish on the Mediums, but the Brazilian hopes to bounce back in two weeks in Brazil and next year with a better car.
