Despite the high temperatures, Caterham managed to fight for some time with the Williams drivers. Furthermore, the green and yellow drivers finished far ahead of the Marussia drivers, which gives them confidence for the end of the season.

Fortunately for the Frenchman, the piece was only non-compliant because of an impact during Q2, which allowed him to avoid the penalty.
