The Iron Ladies with a special livery at the 24 Hours of Le Mans
The 100% female team will have a special color on their Lamborghini number 85. Children were involved in creating this livery.
She will stand out from the others. Normally, Lamborghini number 85 is recognizable among many others. Its bright pink color can be spotted from hundreds of meters away. But for this 92nd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Iron Dames’ racing car has put this dress aside.
Instead, some very particular drawings were placed on the LMGT3. These were imagined by children as part of the « Every Dream Matters project, led by the team. « To bring this creation to life, we engaged not only with our fans on social media, but also with students from a primary school in Le Mans. During a day, our drivers visited the school to share their inspiring journey as “women driven by dreams” and encourage students to imagine and draw their own dreams for the future. All these drawings were then transformed into amazing patterns using advanced AI algorithms to enhance the Iron Dames’ livery, symbolizing the team’s unwavering commitment to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and the unlimited potential of every individual », Iron Dames indicates.
Some lucky ones have already had the opportunity to admire this car during the parade and the traditional weigh-in, organized in the city center of Le Mans. During the 24 Hours week, Deborah Mayer, the founder of Iron Dames will explain the genesis of this project.
As part of Every Dream Matters, Iron Dames will have a shop, its first at Le Mans, where a whole special collection will be available.
