The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix does everything on a grand scale, much like its Ferrari Dome or the hotel overlooking the Yas Marina Circuit. At the limit of the penalty for Red Bull drivers due to their engines, it was a rather calm and limited free practice session number 3 for Vettel and Webber. The former took 11th place having run only 19 laps. The Australian, Webber, struggled in just 15 laps and secured 15th position. On the other […]

While the German driver had placed 9th this morning with a time of 1:41.372, he failed to achieve the same time during this qualifying session and ended up 18th […]

Abu Dhabi suits McLaren well, and particularly Lewis Hamilton. Unfortunate to have had to relinquish his crown to another Brit, the English prodigy was the man in form throughout the weekend. The only downside was his compatriot Jenson Button, the recent world champion, who managed to surpass Hamilton during the final practice session. Thus, the […]

Williams may be disappointed to see the young and talented Nico Rosberg leave. While the FW31 seemed to struggle on this new circuit, the young German, against all odds, once again reached Q3.
