Let’s commit to the planet: HOME

Yesterday, June 5, 2009, was the first day of the Turkish Grand Prix. But more than that, it was also the Day for the Planet and the Environment.

On this occasion, and you couldn’t have missed it, Luc Besson and Yann Arthus-Bertrand launched their production worldwide: HOME.

This 1.5-hour film traces the degradation of the planet, showing surprising, unprecedented, and incredible images of the Earth. Earth where humans have sometimes forgotten that they are its fruit.

The film HOME was released worldwide, royalty-free in theaters (at cost price), on the Internet (with YouTube and Google), and also on Television. France 2 broadcast the film last night at 8:40 PM. More than 8.3 million viewers tuned in to support the planet, thus beating TF1 and the France-Turkey match.

The film was also shown for free on a giant screen in Paris, on the Champs-Elysées, as well as in London and New York.

The entire Motors Inside team is committed to the planet. Join us in this effort.
