Stefano Domenicali sent several emails to Ferrari employees following the difficult start to the season for the reigning champion team.
Following the FIA’s decision this week, Ferrari, along with the six other teams, will have to develop their own version of the diffuser, as used by Brawn GP, Toyota, and Williams.
Excerpt from one of the Emails: « This decision declares the solutions, which, according to us, is called transgressing the spirit and principles related to a reduction in aerodynamic support. »
The team has endured a miserable start to the season and, like the Force India team, has not yet scored any points in the world championship.
Since 1992, the first two races of 2009 are the worst for Ferrari.
