This week the answer is simple once again as Jenson Button has just clinched a second consecutive victory in the epic conditions in Malaysia. The Briton accumulates 44 points while the battle for second place rages between Timo Glock, Jarno Trulli, and Rubens Barrichello, all with 39 points.

Nick Heidfeld (34 points) and Nico Rosberg (32 points) surpass Fernando Alonso (30 points), who finds himself in 7th place. Sébastien Bourdais maintains his 8th place with 28 points. Mark Webber moves up 3 places to the 9th position, neck and neck with Lewis Hamilton with 27 points.

Further on, we find the drivers who have completed only one Grand Prix out of two. Sébastien Buemi has 16 points with the 11th place. Same as Webber and Hamilton, Adrian Sutil and Felipe Massa are fighting for the 12th position with 14 points each.

Giancarlo Fisichella drops 3 places to 14th. Then, Kazuki Nakajima, Nelson Piquet, and Kimi Räikkönen enter the rankings this week.
