Sebastian Vettel’s Italian dream

Sebastian Vettel revealed that he dreamed of winning the F1 World Championship driving a Ferrari.

Since his victory at the Italian Grand Prix with Toro Rosso, the new recruit of the Red Bull Racing team has entered the roster of winning drivers in F1, which has allowed him to demonstrate a certain credibility but, above all, real potential.

Although there is still a long way to go before the German driver touches his dream with his fingertips, he admits that joining the Italian team would already be an immense satisfaction.

But to the question, would you prefer to be world champion or a driver for Ferrari, Sebastian Vettel first responds world champion. Patriotism outweighs personal desire.

The German driver adds: « But, being realistic, you can’t win the title unless you have one of the best cars on the grid, and Ferrari has the best single-seaters. »

Germany sees Sebastian Vettel as the worthy successor to Michael Schumacher, and the media have already nicknamed him the ‘Baby Schumi’ at 21 years old.

The German driver admitted that from a young age, Michael Schumacher was his idol and that he still is today, but he does not seek to imitate him.

« Everyone must find their own style. You can never copy an Alonso or a Schumacher. No one can truly succeed another in every aspect, and so it is with Schumacher. »
