It was in the Neuschwanstein Castle, in Germany, that the Liqui Moly Engstler team presentation took place last weekend for their first official season in the WTCC championship this year.

« It was a thoughtful choice because for the team, launching the WTCC program was a dream come true, » commented Kurt Treml, the team manager.

The team meticulously worked on its plans to enter the FIA Touring Car Championship, step by step. First on the technology of the BMW 320si (gasoline), on the team’s motivation and expertise, on the experience and ambitions of the drivers Franz Engstler and Andrey Romanov, and thanks to the support of the main partner Liqui Moly and other partners.

« We must thank them because without their support, this project could not have come to fruition, » Engstler actually stated.
