Luca Filippi has been demoted by the race stewards, they announced shortly after their post-race meeting.
The Brazilian had won race 1 in Indonesia, at Sentul for the second round of the championship during 46 very eventful laps. After checking the Brazilian driver’s tires, it turned out they did not belong to him… In violation, it was therefore Sébastien Buemi, who finished second after a battle with Filippi in the final laps of the race, who claimed this victory.
