The Denmark-based team Poulsen Motorsport confirms its intention to participate in three races of the 2008 season of the World Touring Car Championship – WTCC.
« We plan to participate in the Estoril, Brands Hatch, and Oschersleben rounds, » stated his manager Niels Jørgen Iversen.
« The last of the three races will be close to the Danish Touring Championship round in Sturup, but we should make it as the drive from Oschersleben is not very long. »
The team has five BMW 320si and so far, only three drivers have been confirmed: Kristian Poulsen, the 2007 European Touring Car Cup winner – Michel Nykjær – and Jesper Sylvest.
« We are working on an agreement with Emmet O’Brien, maybe just for the WTCC races, » indicated Iversen.
