Before launching its next campaign, the Stobart team reviewed the 2007 season of its three drivers, namely Jari-Matti Latvala, Henning Solberg, and Matthew Wilson.
Andrew Tinkler, the President of the British transport group, is delighted: « I don’t think we were seen competing with Subaru at the start of the season. This shows the work of our crews this season.
« Jari-Matti [Latvala] has improved tremendously and Matthew [Wilson]’s recent performances have been fantastic. It’s very encouraging for next season. We know we are at the level of the best teams. » concluded the Englishman.
The composition of the Stobart team – with Jari-Matti Latvala moving to BP-Ford to replace Marcus Gronholm for 2008 – will be announced in the coming days.
