Webber happy with what life has in store for him!

Mark Webber confirmed that he made the right decision by joining the Red Bull Racing team despite a rather difficult year in 2007 with the Austrian team.

Webber had two difficult years with Williams, with whom he scored 43 points and achieved a podium, then moved to Red Bull for the 2007 season.

The team, however, had a year filled with difficulties, such as reliability issues. As a result, Webber scored 10 points and finished the season in 12th place in the drivers’ standings.

But despite his disappointing year, Webber admits that he is very satisfied with his decision, he believes that Red Bull is the best team he has ever driven for.

« It was great to drive for Frank Williams and Patrick Head, » stated the Australian in an interview at the Autosport International Show.

« I would have certainly wished that this relationship was even more fruitful in terms of results.

« It was a very tough time for Williams, the team was going through a rough patch, » he admitted.

« But the most important thing is that I am once again satisfied with my driving … This is probably the best team I have driven with during my career. »

Despite the lack of good results, the Australian admits he is very satisfied with the way he drove during the season.

« I have been very satisfied with my level this year in terms of driving … in all conditions, in all races. I have been very happy with the pace we managed to set this season, » concluded Webber.
