The Formula 2 champion will therefore find the sensations of IndyCar just five races after being fired by Arrow McLaren. This same team that contacted the Frenchman to take over the wheel of Alexander Rossi. Arrow McLaren had, on the sidelines of the Laguna Seca Grand Prix, contacted the driver to inform him that he would not continue the adventure with the team, even though he had a multi-year contract.
The French driver has so far taken part in five races of the American single-seater championship. His best result remains a tenth position obtained in Detroit.
