The first images of the Senna documentary made in Netflix unveiled
In 2024, Netflix will release a documentary series on the three-time Formula 1 world champion. On the eve of the thirtieth anniversary of his death, the American platform has unveiled a first teaser.
A little less than two minutes. But these 119 seconds are tantalizing. Netflix unveiled on Tuesday, April 30, the first images of the documentary series on the triple world champion. Perfect timing as the 30th anniversary of the Brazilian’s death will be celebrated on May 1.
In this video, the audience can discover in detail the preparation of the driver played by Gabriel Leone. But not only that. It is already known that a focus on the Brazilian Grand Prix 1991 will be offered. This race is surely one of the best of the former McLaren driver as it marks his first success on home soil.
Enthusiasts will be treated to a few flashbacks. Memories of Magic, his first karting races, his battles with Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost… Everything or almost everything appears in this short teaser.
