Lando Norris voted driver of the day in Brazil
The British driver finished in second place at the Brazilian Grand Prix. Even though he put pressure on Max Verstappen, he couldn't beat the Dutch driver.
He must be frustrated. Even though he doesn’t want to show it, Lando Norris once again saw victory slip away. Already on Saturday during the sprint race, where he couldn’t take advantage of his pole position. Then on Sunday, despite a stellar start, he couldn’t fight against Max Verstappen.
The McLaren driver continues to show that he is the man in form at the end of this season, with another podium. The man with the number 4 even treated himself to the luxury of setting the fastest lap in the race towards the end of the Grand Prix.
With fresher tires, Lando Norris was catching up to the Red Bull driver, but Max Verstappen had too much of a lead and couldn’t be caught before the finish line.
He was elected Driver of the Day for the Brazilian Grand Prix 2023 ahead of Alonso and Perez.
