A spectator of the Mexican Grand Prix banned for life from F1 races

Can we really call this person a fan or a supporter? Far from it. In a video circulating on Twitter, you can see a man, dressed all in gray, viciously attacking Ferrari fans. This forced members of the public to intervene and put an end to these despicable acts.

Warning, the officials of Formula 1 have managed to identify the culprit. He has been immediately ejected from the Mexican circuit premises and banned for life from all F1 sporting organizations for the remainder of his life.

This act of violence was not the only downside of the Mexican Grand Prix. Upon crossing the finish line, Charles Leclerc was booed by the crowd gathered in the stands. He was involved in a collision with Sergio Perez, which caused the local driver to retire from the race. Although the Monégasque was not responsible for the accident, some people saw it differently.

“« Honestly, I had nowhere to go. I was stuck between the two Red Bulls, and unfortunately, I collided with Checo, but I had no other choice,” explained the Ferrari driver after the race. “« It’s racing, it damaged my car and sadly ended Checo’s race. On our side, we were trying to maximize our performance. That’s racing. Of course, I’m disappointed with how Checo’s race ended, but I didn’t do it on purpose, and I had no other option.”
