Several high-level athletes have joined an investment fund, which owns shares in the Formula 1 team.

These are well-known names: Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Rory Mcllroy, Anthony Joshua… Four months after the arrival of an investment fund at Alpine, for an amount of 200 million dollars, a large number of athletes have joined the operation.

« We are honored, at Otro Capital, to be joined by this group of private investors in our involvement with Alpine F1, in partnership with RedBird Capital Partners and Maximum Effort Investments. These are top-tier investors, athletes, coaches and entrepreneurs, all committed to advancing Alpine F1 », explains Alex Scheiner at the head of Otro Capital, one of the three parties that have financially joined Alpine.

The arrival of these names within the stable will strengthen the strategic partnership with Alpine F1, by combining first-rate expertise in various areas of the sports ecosystem and enabling the team to reach new fans.

« The new investors will help bring global recognition to Alpine F1 and will complement Otro Capital’s contributions in areas such as media, sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, commercial rights management, licensing, and merchandising. »

– Patrick Mahomes (28 years old), professional American football player, quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs.

– Travis Kelce (34 years old), American professional football player, tight-end for the Kansas City Chiefs

– Rory Mcllroy (34 years old), Northern Irish professional golfer

– Anthony Joshua (34 years old), British boxer

– Trent Alexander-Arnold (25 years old), English international footballer, defender for Liverpool.

– Juan Mata (35 years old), Spanish international footballer, midfielder of Vissel Kobe

– Roger Ehrenberg, founder of Eberg Capital, shareholder of the Miami Marlins and Real Salt Lake
