Keanu Reeves unveils images of his series on Brawn GP
The actor is preparing a series about the epic of Brawn GP in 2009. Ross Brawn and Jenson Button are two of the main characters in Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story.
It has already been 14 years. In 2009, Brawn GP, the team that was worth only one British pound, entered the history books. In its lone year of existence, the team led by former engineer Ross Brawn crushed the competition. Jenson Button won the driver’s championship. And with Rubens Barrichello, the team clinched the constructor’s championship.
14 years after these events, actor Keanu Reeves will propose to relive this particular season. The man known for his role in The Matrix has conducted several interviews with the main actors from that time: Ross Brawn and Jenson Button. Rubens Barrichello and former Ferrari manager Luca du Montezemolo are also among those interviewed.
The documentary series will be streamed on Disney+. However, no release date has been announced.
