Valtteri Bottas is demanding an exemplary sanction against Red Bull

Regardless, Valtteri Bottas is frustrated with the situation. He wants to be one of those who want a severe penalty against the team managed by Christian Horner. « Rules are rules, and if you don’t follow them, there should be a penalty that really hurts », says the Finn.
Personally, I hope it will be a strict and severe sanction because this should not happen, rules are rules. There are many rules in F1 and it should not be different in terms of penalties. Hopefully, it will be a good penalty that really hurts them, as I was in the fight last year [with Mercedes] for the constructors’ championship.
The current Alfa Romeo driver says that a difference of several million can change everything in a season. He supports his statement by mentioning that his former teammate, Lewis Hamilton, was not crowned champion by just a few points.
