Max Verstappen is on the verge of equaling Sebastian Vettel

Max Verstappen has been breaking records since his arrival in Formula 1. His extensive list of achievements needs no introduction, especially after securing his second title last weekend.
In Japan, the Dutch driver secured his 12th win of the season. He is on track to break a record as the mark set by Sebastian Vettel in 2013 is at 13 victories. If he wins in the United States, the Red Bull driver would equal the former team member. At the same time, he would surpass Fernando Alonso in career first-place finishes. Both men currently have 32 points on the scoreboard.
With four more races on the 2022 calendar, Max Verstappen could even finish with 16 wins at the end of the season.
