Esteban Ocon is changing engines and receiving a grid penalty
Esteban Ocon will receive a five-place grid penalty.
Penalties are raining down at Monza. After Tsunoda, Hamilton, Bottas, Sainz, Verstappen, Schumacher, and Perez, it’s Esteban Ocon who joins this long list. The Frenchman now benefits from a new engine. This is his fifth power unit.
We can confirm Esteban will take a new Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) for this weekend’s Italian Grand Prix and therefore he will incur a five-place grid penalty for tomorrow’s race.#ItalianGP
