Bottas happier than ever at Alfa Romeo

Bottas joined Alfa Romeo at the beginning of the season after spending the last five years as Lewis Hamilton’s teammate at Mercedes. He has won 10 Grand Prix races and has finished twice in second place in the drivers’ championship.

In an interview with Autosport, he declares that this is one of his best seasons since he arrived in F1.

In the past, at Mercedes, we used to only compete with one team. So we were just focused on two cars. But now, there are six cars around us, so we have to pay more attention, but I like it.

The environment at Alfa Romeo allows the Finnish driver to fully flourish in his driving. This is evident in his statements and the life he portrays on his social networks. The driver is now more relaxed since he no longer has the pressure of results and receives fewer criticisms from fans and observers.
