Two new drivers summoned by the stewards
It's now Carlos Sainz and Alexandre Albon's turn to explain.
For this first day of free practice for the Spanish Grand Prix, indiscipline was very present among the drivers. During the first session, no less than four drivers were summoned by the FIA for hindering their fellow drivers at turn 12. And two of them received a reprimand.
During the second free practice session, two other drivers made the same mistake. It was Carlos Sainz and Alexander Albon, this time at turn 2.
The two men were summoned at 6:30 PM to explain themselves to the commissioners. As of now, no punishment has been pronounced yet.
