Several drivers summoned by the stewards
Following a series of events in turn 12, four drivers have been summoned to the stewards.
It is one of the major problems in Formula 1: traffic. And during the first free practice session, this problem resurfaced once again, particularly at turn 12.
Following a series of events in turn 12, the FIA has summoned a whopping four drivers, who will have to answer questions and explain themselves in the face of suspicions of unnecessary obstruction.
Fernando Alonso, Juri Vips, Lewis Hamilton, and George Russell were invited to the FIA officials’ office.
The drivers were called at 3:30 PM and so far no penalty has been announced.
