Nico Hülkenberg replaces Sebastian Vettel in Saudi Arabia
Tested positive for the Coronavirus last week, Sebastian Vettel had missed the Bahrain Grand Prix and will also miss the one in Jeddah.
With Sebastian Vettel’s absence, Nico Hülkenberg is therefore preparing for his fifth race as a substitute.
Aston Martin had announced the postponement of its final decision regarding Vettel’s participation in the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in order to give the German the best possible chance. This Friday morning, the team announced his replacement through a statement.
