Alex Albon presents his new helmet
Alex Albon has unveiled the helmet he will sport this season with Williams. A new design, no doubt, but still featuring his partner, Red Bull.
Alex Albon has joined the Grove team for 2022 to resume his Formula 1 career after a stint in the DTM.
For this new adventure, he decided to sport a primarily midnight blue design with a nod to the Thai flag and the number 23.
Furthermore, as a driver who is still under contract with Red Bull, the logo of the Austrian company is displayed on the sides as well as on the front above the visor.
Indeed, Albon was released by Red Bull but still retains an option to recall him within its fold next year if necessary.
This design is not without reminding of the livery that Carlos Sainz Junior used when Red Bull loaned him to the Renault team in 2017 and 2018.
