McLaren presents its new race car … in Lego
After offering different road models of the brand, the Danish construction brick firm presents for the first time an F1 from the British team.
McLaren unveiled a brand new, completely unique single-seat vehicle today, in which carbon fiber has been replaced by plastic. It will surely delight both young and old who can assemble it from A to Z.
This set is part of the Technic range and was created in collaboration between Lego and McLaren Racing.
The model will take on the colors of the 2021 version with an aerodynamics that follows the standards of the 2022 single-seaters. The vehicle measures 65 cm in length, 27 cm in width, and 13 cm in height.
The set 42141 McLaren Formula 1 Race Car will be available starting from March 1st, 2022, at a retail price of €179.99.
This McLaren F1 joins another Formula 1 in the Lego range; The recently unveiled Mercedes, a W12 from the 2021 season, which will also be available for sale starting from March 1st, 2022.
