Charles Leclerc will drive with Ferrari in private tests in Hungary
The Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc, current leader of the F2 championship, will drive in private tests taking place in Hungary after the Grand Prix.
Dominant in the F2 championship, Charles Leclerc continues to impress the keen observers of Formula 1 to the point that the young Monegasque is already seen as the future star of the discipline.
Nurtured by Ferrari, Leclerc is thus given the opportunity to shine in front of the small world of Formula 1 during the upcoming private tests that will take place at the Hungaroring, right after the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The driver with number 32 has already had the opportunity to slip into a Formula 1 car, notably during 4 free practice sessions last year, at the wheel of a Haas.
This new experience could be decisive for the continuation of his career and particularly for the 2018 season, which might see him advance to the premier category of motorsport, if not with Ferrari, then perhaps with Haas, powered by the Italian manufacturer.
Very happy to announce that I’ll be driving 1 day for @scuderiaferrari during the F1 tests after the Hungaroring GP. pic.twitter.com/Sr9fyrGkIs
