Given our pace this weekend, I expected to be out much earlier, so reaching Q3 for the fourth time in a row is really a good feeling. At the moment, I am a bit disappointed because we surely had the pace to be a little higher, but we lacked grip throughout the session. he continues.
During the race, managing the rear tires will be the key to success according to the Frenchman: « Tomorrow [ed: today], all the focus will be on the rear tires, unlike in China where it was the front tires that needed monitoring. We will be cautious and find a good balance for the car. We’ll see what this will bring. »
