Friday: Williams F1 struggles in Hungary

Valtteri Bottas (No. 77) – 15th and 8th

The Finn, on the contrary, is quite satisfied, especially with the new parts: « It was an interesting Friday, we tried all the improvements and I am really happy that they worked as we expected, so we made steps forward. »

This circuit is narrower and it’s going to be more difficult for us than in the last three Grand Prix races. It’s really going to be tight tomorrow so we need to work hard to find every tenth and even every hundredth we can gain with the setup.

Felipe Massa (No.19) – 10th and 10th

On the side of the Sao Paulo native, the focus is mainly on qualifying after an average Friday: « It wasn’t an easy day for me. I didn’t have the clearest day for long runs, but there’s always tomorrow. It’s not a perfect track for us, but we will try everything we can for tomorrow’s qualifying to be as competitive as possible. We ran both cars with the new rear wing, and it’s very positive so far. »
