Resignation of Domenicali at Ferrari?
Rumors have been circulating for several days and seem to be confirmed: Stefano Domenicali could leave the Scuderia, paying the price for the team's poor results since 2009 and the start of the 2014 season.
According to journalist Leo Turrini, an expert in motorsports in Italy, Stefano Domenicali has reportedly resigned from his position as director of Scuderia Ferrari, which he has held since January 2008. This resignation is apparently a result of the poor results achieved by the Italian, who, at the helm of the Maranello team, has only secured one title – the constructors’ championship in 2008 – and whose start to the season leaves little hope for the Reds to aspire to top the rankings. He would be replaced by Marco Mattiacci, who heads the American branch of Ferrari.
The rumor was made official early in the afternoon: [read here](https://example.com).
