Marussia tests its MR03
After securing 10th place in the Constructors' Championship in 2013, Marussia will aim to score its first point with the MR03 this year.
As Marussia has managed for the first time in its short life to avoid the last place in the standings, the Russian team’s goal is to score its first point in a race.
The new single-seater named MR03 made its appearance today during the third day of pre-season testing at the Jerez circuit. It is characterized by a nose that closely resembles the solution used by McLaren.
If the driver pairing of Jules Bianchi (#17) and Max Chilton (#4) doesn’t change, the Cosworth engine will disappear in favor of the new Ferrari V6. It’s a new step for Marussia, which already says it is delighted with its collaboration with the Prancing Horse team.
