The new Ferrari will be called the F14 T
Following the votes to which fans were subjected on the Scuderia Ferrari website to choose the name of the new red single-seater, it was the denomination F14 T that stood out and will therefore christen this new model.
Ferrari announced today that its new single-seater will be named the F14 T. The Scuderia had allowed its fans to vote live on their website to choose between different names such as F166 Turbo, F14 Maranello, F14 Scuderia, or F616, and thus F14 T, which won the vote.
More than a million voters were gathered, which is a success for the Italian team, once again positioning itself as one of the most beloved teams in the paddock, as Stefano Domenicali highlights: « The incredible number of votes shows how popular Ferrari has always been and always will be, it gives us new momentum to succeed this year. It’s nice to know that the name of the car was chosen by the fans. »
The new F14 T will be presented to the public this weekend, in the afternoon of January 25. The teams Force India, Williams, McLaren, and Lotus have already revealed their versions of the new technical regulations.
