Williams unveils the FW36
The Williams team unveiled a likely provisional version of its 2014 car, the FW36, adorned, as often during pre-seasons, with the British team's "heritage blue."
After Force India yesterday, it’s Williams’ turn to give a preview of its car for the Formula 1 season. The FW36 appears in several 3D images revealed by F1 Racing for the first, from the front, and the team itself on its Twitter account for the others.
If the color of the livery is obviously more than temporary, given that it is a habit for Frank Williams’ team to present blue models devoid of any sponsors, the design, on the other hand, is close to what could be the standard this season with the confirmation of the appearance of a finger-shaped nose and a very clean rear.
The Williams FW36 will be the first car from the Grove team powered by a Mercedes hybrid engine. It will be driven this season by Felipe Massa (#19) and Valtteri Bottas (#77).
