This weekend, the F1 paddock returns after the summer break at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium, the venue for the 11th Grand Prix of the 2013 season. With significant risk of rain this afternoon, the race could be interesting to watch and promises to be a headache for drivers and engineers if it takes place in changing conditions.
In pole position, we find a Mercedes once again, that of Lewis Hamilton who secures his fourth consecutive pole position. Behind, we have the Red Bulls of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber, followed by the second Mercedes of Nico Rosberg. The top 10 is completed by Paul di Resta, Jenson Button, Romain Grosjean, Kimi Räikkönen, Fernando Alonso, and Felipe Massa.
Note the impressive performances of the smaller teams during this qualifying session, with Giedo van der Garde securing 14th place in his Caterham ahead of both Marussia drivers, Jules Bianchi and Max Chilton.
