Jerez Tests Live – Day 3
Third day of testing in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, and this new day of testing can once again be followed live on MotorsInside.
Already two days of testing have taken place in Jerez, with mixed fortunes. Indeed, Mercedes encountered two issues during these two days, thus limiting its track time. For the rest of the teams, no major problems to report.
After Jenson Button on Monday, yesterday it was Romain Grosjean who set the fastest time at the wheel of his Lotus.
Today, there are some changes for the drivers on track: Felipe Massa continues with Ferrari, at Red Bull, it will be Vettel’s debut at the wheel of the RB9, at McLaren, Jenson Button will take the wheel, at Mercedes, it will be Rosberg, at Lotus, Räikkönen will test the E21 for the first time, at Williams, Bottas takes over from Maldonado, at Toro Rosso, Jean-Eric Vergne will debut in the STR8, at Caterham, Pic takes over from Van der Garde, at Marussia, Chilton will return to the track, at Sauber, it will be Esteban Gutiérrez’s turn, and at Sahara Force India, James Rossiter will start the day before handing over to Paul di Resta.
Motors Inside is present in the paddock at Jerez for these tests, and just like the last two days, we offer you a live text update to bring you this third day of testing. Feel free to participate in this live by asking your questions throughout the day.
