Saturday: Hülkenberg puts Force India on the verge of the Top 10
Nico Hülkenberg achieves a good result with 10th place on the grid, which legitimately allows him to aim for points in the race tomorrow. In 14th, Paul di Resta, who wasn't satisfied with the balance of his car, also hopes to bring some points to his team.
Nico Hülkenberg – 15th and 11th (10th on the grid):
« I had a good lap in both Q1 and Q2, I managed to avoid traffic and my quick lap in Q2 was quite clean and I don’t think I could have done better. In fact, I did almost the same times in Q1 and Q2. So I’m happy with my position on the grid and I hope we can bring home some points tomorrow. It’s always a fun race, a special place, and we will do our best to maximize the strategy and get a good solid result. »
Paul di Resta – 18th and 15th (14th on the grid):
I was quite happy with the car’s balance during Thursday’s Free Practice 2, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to find that today. We didn’t change much, but I was struggling with the rear and traction. I’m not as high up on the grid as I hoped and we won’t have an easy task tomorrow because overtaking is difficult here. We also know that Monaco can be unpredictable and I hope the strategy will help us fight tomorrow.
