After the first five Grand Prix of the season, the hierarchy in Formula One remains more uncertain than ever. While Fernando Alonso (Ferrari), Jenson Button (McLaren), and Nico Rosberg (Mercedes) took turns topping the time sheets during the three Free Practice sessions, the Lotus drivers – particularly Romain Grosjean – appeared comfortable, as did their counterparts from Red Bull, Sauber, and Williams, who could also have a chance to shine in Q3. Will Hamilton, Rosberg, Vettel, and Maldonado set a new pole position, or will it fall into the hands of one of their rivals? The answer will come soon.
