Friday: Virgin prepares for 2012 in Korea

Timo Glock – 18th and 21st:

It was a tough first day with the wet conditions because I think it will be dry tomorrow and Sunday. We’ll have to catch up a bit tomorrow but today was okay even though we had problems with the front suspension where we had to change some parts which cost us time.

The track conditions made the track more challenging, but the day went well, and it was a good opportunity to test some developments for 2012. Tomorrow, we will focus on qualifying and the race.

Jérôme D’Ambrosio – 17th and 22nd:

« Our program was disrupted by the rain, so it wasn’t the easiest start to the weekend. It’s really a shame that it rained for so long, but at least we were able to understand the behavior of the wet and intermediate tires. We are not completely satisfied with the car’s balance at the moment, so we will have to work on that tonight to try and improve it for tomorrow. »
