Codemasters announces F1 Online The Game
A massively multiplayer game available early 2012.
Certainly, there’s no rest for the team at Codemasters. While F1 2011 will hit the shelves on September 22nd, the 2012 edition is also more than likely to be released on the Wii U. The publisher has announced that an MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) game is in preparation for the first quarter of 2012.
Titled F1 Online The Game, this free-to-play game will allow players to drive the single-seater of one of the 12 teams in the championship but also to create their own team and lead it to the top of the hierarchy. Various modes will obviously be included even though Codemasters has not yet revealed any details.
A website is already online at this address. It’s an opportunity to take a look at the first images of the game expected in 2012.
