The Fan-F1 Barometer after the Hungarian GP
After each Grand Prix, casinoenligne.uk.com offers an overview of the drivers and teams in form at the moment, thanks to our consistency ranking. At the end of each race, the classified drivers are awarded 24 points (for the first) to 1 point (for the last), which creates a consistency ranking that you can discover in our "Rankings" section.
Who would be leading the championship if only the last four Grand Prix counted?
The King is dead! Long live the King! With four consecutive podiums, Fernando Alonso is the new boss of the consistency barometer, ahead of Sebastian Vettel who pays for his “bad” German Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver leads Lewis Hamilton, who regularly finishes just off the podium with a win, while Mark Webber is in 4th place in our barometer thanks to three 3rd places, only six points behind Alonso.
Felipe Massa and Nico Rosberg follow at a reasonable distance, while Jaime Alguersuari and Adrian Sutil share 7th place. Except for the German Grand Prix, the Spanish driver has scored points on three occasions, his best career performance. The German, less consistent than the Toro Rosso driver, nevertheless performed well in the German Grand Prix.
In 9th position on our barometer, Sergio Perez is ahead of Vitaly Petrov and Paul di Resta, who are both tied. The Scottish driver makes a great comeback and returns to the top half of the standings thanks to his 7th place finish in the last Hungarian Grand Prix, whose winner, Jenson Button, has not yet benefited from his victory to move up in the standings, hampered by his two consecutive retirements at the British and German Grand Prix.
The Briton leads: Michael Schumacher, Kamui Kobayashi, Sébastien Buemi, Pastor Maldonado, Rubens Barrichello, Nick Heidfeld, Timo Glock, Jérôme d’Ambrosio, Daniel Ricciardo, Vitantonio Liuzzi, Heikki Kovalainen, Jarno Trulli, Karun Chandhok, and Nairan Karthikeyan.
In the Constructors’ Standings, Red Bull remains in the lead, but Ferrari and McLaren are closing in. The British team also reclaims the 3rd place from the Mercedes team, now being closely followed by the solid Force India team, with at least one of its drivers having outpaced the grey cars in the last two races: Sutil in Germany and Di Resta in Hungary.
The Indian team is ahead of Toro Rosso, Sauber, and Lotus Renault GP, with the former making progress thanks to the points recently brought in by Buemi and Alguersuari, whereas the Swiss team and its British counterpart are struggling more. At the back of the pack, Virgin is clearly ahead of HRT and Team Lotus, the latter facing recurring reliability issues.

See you in a month, after the Belgian Grand Prix, to see how the rankings have evolved and to determine whether the summer break confirms the recent trend or not.
