After testing positive for Covid-19, Sergio P\u00e9rez had to hand over his seat to Nico H\u00fclkenberg at the Silverstone Grand Prix.<\/p>\n
However, it did not go as planned. Indeed, the German driver was unable to start the race due to a mechanical problem with his car.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, the Mexican will have to wait again because after a new test that unfortunately came back positive, the Racing Point team driver is still out for this weekend’s Grand Prix and will not be able to make it to the paddock.<\/p>\n

Sergio P\u00e9rez, on his part, will continue his recovery according to the recommendations of Public Health England. His replacement wishes him all the best in his recovery.<\/p>\n
