The Monaco Historic Grand Prix is held every two years, the last one took place in 2018, and the next was supposed to be in 2020. The pandemic canceled all motor racing events until July. Thus, this year, in 2021, we witness a red wave in the principality to celebrate, among other things, the first victory of “the reds” in the world championship.<\/p>\n
Indeed, it was the Argentine Froilan Gonzales in 1951 who gave the Italian firm Ferrari its first victory on the Silverstone circuit.<\/p>\n
In 2020, Formula 1 celebrated its 70th anniversary. This celebration was postponed by a year, but that did not prevent the formation of a dense lineup, with 170 competitors.<\/p>\n
These cars are grouped into seven different categories named from A to G. The ACM – Automobile Club de Monaco, announces for each category those that have most contributed to the renown of this sport:<\/p>\n

– S\u00e9rie B, Juan-Manuel Fangio: La Dino 246. Derni\u00e8re auto \u00e0 moteur avant victorieuse en course. Il s’agisait de l’\u00e9dition 1960 du Grand Prix de Monza, aux mains de Phil Hill. Accueil les bolides de comp\u00e9tition de 1946 \u00e0 1960.<\/p>\n
– S\u00e9rie C, Vittorio Marzotto: La 250 Mille Miglia, fer de lance des voitures de sport \u00e0 moteur avant de 1952 \u00e0 1957.<\/p>\n
– S\u00e9rie D, Graham Hill: La 1512 qui c\u00e9l\u00e9brera les titres obtenus en 1961 et 1964 par respectivement Phil Hill et John Surtees. F1 1500cc de 1961 \u00e0 1965.<\/p>\n
– S\u00e9rie E, Jackie Stewart: Quatre Type 312 pour \u00e9voquer l’arriver des premier moteurs 3L. F1 3L de 1969 \u00e0 1972.<\/p>\n
– S\u00e9rie F, Niki Lauda: Deux 312 B3 pilot\u00e9es par Jean Alesi et Ren\u00e9 Arnoux. Elles c\u00e9l\u00e8breront le retour aux avant postes de la Scuderia d\u00e8s 1974 avec Niki Lauda. F1 3L de 1973 \u00e0 1976.<\/p>\n
– S\u00e9rie G, Gilles Villeneuve: Diverses monoplaces F1 plus r\u00e9centes, de 3L de cylindr\u00e9e de 1977 \u00e0 1980.<\/p>\n

This selection highlights Ferrari, but there will be something for everyone. The mantra is rarity and an exceptional lineup for this twelfth edition, which uses the current track, itself 80% based on the one inaugurated in 1929.<\/p>\n
From Friday, April 23 to Sunday, April 25, 2021, all these single-seaters will follow one another to the delight of aficionados of this sport. Friday and Saturday will feature trials and qualifications.
