We remember that the last time we were faced with this kind of situation was at the 2020 Turkish Grand Prix, and the results were chaotic. On this occasion, the entire track had been resurfaced a few tens of days earlier, leaving it like a real ice rink, with the drivers going off track one after the other. The organization of the GP even went so far as to ask 5 touring cars to drive laps to increase the grip of the track.<\/p>\n

However, only the pit lane is being resurfaced for this 2021 Imola Grand Prix. However, the time frame between these works and the first free practice session is very short or even non-existent.
