As a key member of the commercial team in charge of securing new partnerships, he also carried out innovative research to help his team better understand their fan base in order to create a more effective marketing strategy and manage the value of their brand.<\/p>\n<p>These two appointments, of Bower and Tim Hunt, by the general manager of Williams, Jost Capito, reflect the efforts put in place by the team to improve their economic growth as well as their visibility.<\/p>\n<p>Jost Capito stated: &#8220;We are delighted to welcome James Bower to Williams Racing as Commercial Director.
