Boris Penel (F3 car manager at MP Motorsport):<\/b> \u00ab We were very impatient to come here, because we wanted to demonstrate that we were fast here, and not only in Budapest. Everything went generally well, despite a more complicated free practice session. Especially for Felipe Drugovitch, it’s even better for the championship against Th\u00e9o Pourchaire. \u00bb<\/p>\n

MotorsInside: Regarding your second F2 driver, Cl\u00e9ment Novalak, things haven’t been as smooth (16th on the grid). What happened to him?<\/p>\n
B. P.:<\/b> \u00ab I didn’t have many opportunities to interact with the F2 team regarding Cl\u00e9ment. But I must say that he is a driver in his first year in the category and he still needs to get comfortable and learn. I believe that if we manage to give him a car where he feels more at ease, he will be able to succeed. Spa is a track where overtaking is possible and we hope that he will find something for the end of the season. \u00bb<\/p>\n
MotorsInside: Regarding your two most successful drivers, Caio Collet and Felipe Drugovitch, how do they feel within the team and how do they communicate with you?<\/b><\/p>\n
B. P.: \u00ab When everything goes well, it’s inevitably easier! For Caio, it’s great because he has been flexing his muscles and working hard to play in the forward positions for a while now. We will now have to maintain the team’s excellent dynamics to allow him to have the same kind of weekends. The drivers have a good team around them, and they can rely on everyone (mechanics, physios, and engineers).<\/p>\n
