Aston Martin was among the teams that struggled the most to navigate the new regulations, particularly due to a strong ground effect known as “porpoising”. It’s the whole team’s approach: we are much closer than before. I think the integration is much better than before. And I think that at the factory, all the professionalism, communication, and the way everything is done have clearly improved since the Racing Point era.<\/p>\n

\u00ab I think that we still experience weekends where we aren’t quite sure why we’re not as competitive as other weekends. We have an idea, but we’re not 100% certain. I think that in the future, that should be the goal \u2013 to be competitive more often and on a variety of circuits: high efficiency, low downforce, high downforce. I imagine that’s the priority.
