Since Lawrence Stroll brought Aston Martin into Formula 1, the reigning world champion team, Red Bull, has been witnessing the departure of key employees to the English team.<\/p>\n

Specifically, Dan Fallows, who was appointed as the technical director and who, for fifteen years, honed his skills alongside Adrien Newey, one of the best Formula 1 designers in the world.<\/p>\n

Last year, Aston Martin presented a heavily revised car in Barcelona, which strangely resembled the Red Bull RB18. This had no consequence for the English team, as they had already begun designing the B version in 2021 before Fallows moved.<\/p>\n

First the AMR22, now the AMR23?<\/h2>\n

Once again this season, the AMR23 bears a striking resemblance to the Milton Keynes car. Following Fernando Alonso’s 3rd place at the Bahrain Grand Prix, Christian Horner, Team Principal of Red Bull, questions the legality of the green car.<\/p>\n

Based on a single race, it can be said that they were the second strongest<\/b> here, says Horner.<\/p>\n

A sentiment shared by Helmut Marko<\/a>, director of the Red Bull program, but that did not prevent him from being impressed by Alonso. The Spaniard surpassed both Mercedes cars and Carlos Sainz’s Ferrari during the race.<\/p>\n

“I said it before the race: Alonso will be third,” declared Marko.<\/p>\n
