This is the question that is starting to be asked. After the ten-place penalty suffered by Charles Leclerc for the change of his electronic control unit, new parts have been changed on car number 16.<\/p>\n<p>In Jeddah, the Scuderia changed the engine and the MGU-H for Charles Leclerc. This does not result in any penalty for the Monegasque driver. His teammate, Carlos Sainz, on the other hand, gets a new engine for this event.<\/p>\n<p>Lando Norris is also among the drivers with new components on his car. McLaren has decided to change his engine, turbo, MGU-H and MGU-K.
